During the leadership roles that I held in my career, I realized that it is hard to be the Lone Ranger.
Decisions can weigh heavily on each person who leads an organization. I know that I could have used a coach,
someone with similar expertise, to talk with confidentiality, develop and implement strategies or plans, and hold me accountable. It's my time to help you achieve more.
· Started as #30 person and became to #1 salesperson in 3 years, lapped the field in the
4th with twice the sales, profits, and commissions compared to the #2 salesperson.
· Promoted to VP of Sales and grew a sales team from 30 to 130; increased revenues from
$250M to $500M; laid the foundation to attain revenues of $1B.
· Promoted to VP Marketing and recruited some of the most well-respected manufacturers in the IT and Wireless business to bring us on as an authorized distributor.
In this industry, these manufacturers typically have five to eight authorized distributors.
· Promoted to President and CEO of this public company. We grew our business to $1B
with 500 employees in the US and Latin America. Completed four acquisitions, two greenfield startups,
and participated in a secondary offering, led shareholder and BOD meetings.
· Founded an executive search firm with a partner in 2006 and started my own firm in 2015.
Diamond Executive Search worked with business owners by consulting them on employee
acquisition plans and performed search services on a retained and co-tainer basis.
· In November of 2019, I pivoted his career into Business Coaching. He serves
business owners in multiple industries and helps them achieve more.
