What I do today

I help business owners accelerate through challenges and capture opportunities faster than doing it on their own. If you are a business owner looking to increase your bottom line, 

improve your team's performance, and get some time back for yourself, then we should talk. 

I help you by leveraging my business experience as a $1B Company CEO and as an Entrepreneur for the past 14 years. I also tap into best coaching practices from a worldwide network of business coaches. 

Here's how I help you. I use the 5 Steps to Freedom foundation and 21 Silver Bullets as 

antidotes to power through challenges or capture opportunities.  

My specialties are finding hidden profits, business development, scaling businesses, 

employee acquisition and team building. 

During the leadership roles that I held in my career, I realized that it is hard to be the Lone Ranger. 

Decisions can weigh heavily on each person who leads an organization. I know that I could have used a coach, 

someone with similar expertise, to talk with confidentiality, develop and implement strategies or plans, and hold me accountable. It's my time to help you achieve more. 

Career highlights

·    Started as #30 person and became to #1 salesperson in 3 years, lapped the field in the 

4th with twice the sales, profits, and commissions compared to the #2 salesperson. 

· Promoted to VP of Sales and grew a sales team from 30 to 130; increased revenues from 

$250M to $500M; laid the foundation to attain revenues of $1B.

· Promoted to VP Marketing and recruited some of the most well-respected manufacturers in the IT and Wireless business to bring us on as an authorized distributor. 

In this industry, these manufacturers typically have five to eight authorized distributors.

· Promoted to President and CEO of this public company. We grew our business to $1B 

with 500 employees in the US and Latin America. Completed four acquisitions, two greenfield startups, 

and participated in a secondary offering, led shareholder and BOD meetings.

· Founded an executive search firm with a partner in 2006 and started my own firm in 2015. 

Diamond Executive Search worked with business owners by consulting them on employee 

acquisition plans and performed search services on a retained and co-tainer basis.

· In November of 2019, I pivoted his career into Business Coaching.  He serves 

business owners in multiple industries and helps them achieve more.
